Returns and refunds

Every Reality Based item is printed to order, just for you. Because of this, we don't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or wrong size. Please check the Size Guide before you order.

Faulty, damaged or misprinted items

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, misprinted or isn't what you ordered, email us at realitybasedstore@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the problem. We'll send you a free replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer. You won't need to send the item back unless we ask.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the money to show, depending on your bank.

Cancellations

Because items are printed to order, we can only cancel an order if it hasn't gone into production yet. Email us as soon as possible and we'll do our best.

Your rights

This policy doesn't affect your rights under consumer law in your country.
